When you use the website RFQ form, we receive the details you submit: company name, contact person, phone, email, requested steel grades, tonnage, and project notes. Phone and WhatsApp inquiries share whatever you choose to send in that channel.

We use inquiry data only to respond to your quote request, confirm stock and cut feasibility, arrange dispatch, and keep a record of the commercial conversation. We do not sell personal data.

Submitting the RFQ form prepares a pre-filled WhatsApp message that you choose to open and send. Message delivery happens on WhatsApp under Meta's terms once you send it. We do not claim a server-side receipt for the form alone.

We keep inquiry records as long as needed for quoting, order fulfilment, and ordinary business / tax record-keeping, then delete or archive them when they are no longer required.
